I chose to become a MN GreenCorps member because I wanted to gain more experience in the environmental field and gain more experience/skills in different areas. Personally, as someone who is still not quite sure what area of environmental careers I want to pursue, I liked the opportunities for training, professional development, and connection to environmental organizations across Minnesota. ~Charlotte, City of Eden Prairie
Operation of the 2026-2027 program year is contingent on receiving funds from AmeriCorps. The number of new members for the 2026-2027 program year and length of their service will depend on continued federal funding.
