SCHEDULE:

Board intends to adhere to the scheduled time limits for each listed agenda item. Agenda available 10 days prior to Board meeting – contact Darlene Sigstad, the Board Administrator.

 

WRITTEN MATERIALS: (SUBMIT FIVE DAYS BEFORE MEETING)

Persons can provide written comments or information to Board members and Commissioner, five days in advance of meeting. Written material not served five days before a Board meeting may not be considered by the Board.

 

Contact Darlene Sigstad, Board Administrator for permission to speak on an issue before the Board or sign up to speak while in attendance at meeting.

Anyone who intends to file written comments on or exceptions to an administrative law judge’s report for an agenda item must comply with Minn. B., if it pertains to a matter for which a rulemaking hearing has been held.
