401 Water Quality Certification Web Page Updates – Applicant Guidance Document and Updated Forms

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has made updates to the 401 Clean Water Certification web page including a guidance document for applicants as well as updated PDF forms of the Antidegradation Assessment Form and Supplemental Information Form. The forms and guidance document may be found in the first section of the page.
