MPCA-Remediation Division's new Off-Site Use of Regulated Fill Policy

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Remediation Division has published a new policy document, Off-Site Use of Regulated Fill Policy http://www.pca.state.mn.us/zihy81b.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the policy, Brownfield redevelopment sites enrolled in the MPCA's Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (VIC) and/or Petroleum Brownfields (PB) programs may apply for approval to move Regulated Fill, from one VIC/PB site to another VIC/PB site.
