Update: Air Emission Inventory Electronic Reporting Available by January 24th for Large Facilities and Facilities with Registration Option C or Option D Permits
CEDR Electronic Reporting System Availability
The launch of the electronic reporting system for official submittal by authorized users has been rescheduled for Tuesday January 24th. Enhancements made to the system over the last year will allow electronic EI submittal by facilities with Registration Option C or Option D permits, reporting of air toxics and greenhouse gas emissions, and easier facility review of emissions.
Reminder: 2011 is an air toxics reporting year. Facilities that have site-specific toxics emissions information, will report that information along with criteria emissions information at a single website.
Online Portal Account Registration/ User Authorizations
Reminder: A signed Submittal Agreement is a requirement to be able to submit the emission inventory electronically. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. To speed processing, ensure that the person submitting the agreement meets the Responsible Official definition. Instructions for using the MPCA Online Services are available on the MCPA’s CEDR webpage.

Webinar tutorials are tentatively planned for the week of January 23rd. These training tools will be available on the CEDR webpage. Live training sessions via webinar may also be scheduled to follow shortly after the launch of the 2011 EI reporting. Information regarding live webinar training will be included in e-mail updates.
