The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is providing a
redline copy showing proposed changes to the MPCA Air Quality Dispersion
Modeling Practices Manual (Manual) for the 2017-2018 year. The proposed changes
to the Manual this year largely reflect the new Appendix W revisions and
clarification of some additional modeling practices. We have posted the draft
Manual on our website
for you to inspect prior to finalizing the document later this summer. Input received prior to July 15, 2017 will be taken
into consideration before the final version of this year’s manual is posted.
