Movie in the Pool |
 Beat the summer heat and take the whole family to a free evening showing of Finding Nemo at Jim Lupient Water Park on Monday, July 21! Relax at the pool while Dory and Marlin work together to find Nemo in this animated classic.
This Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Movie in the Pool is free, no ticket required and first-come, first-served. We are expecting to reach capacity, so arrive early.
Where: Jim Lupient Water Park 1520 Johnson St. NE
When: Doors open at 8:15 pm on Monday, July 21, and the movie starts at 8:50 pm.
To keep this event safe and fun for everyone, here are a few rules to know before you go:
- No re-entry.
- You must wear appropriate swim attire in the water; see dress code
information on Jim Lupient Water Park website.
- United States Coast Guard approved life jackets are the only flotation devices allowed in the water park. The water park does provide life jackets.
- Guests who are not toilet trained must wear an appropriate swim diaper or plastic pants (with no disposable/cloth diapers underneath).
- Food and drinks are allowed (no glass or alcohol) at designated picnic areas within the waterpark.
- Youth ages 9-12 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older in the facility.
- Youth 8 years and younger are required to have an adult with them in the water at all times at arm’s length.
- We require a 1 adult to 4 children ratio for groups with children ages 12 and younger.
- No tobacco allowed in Jim Lupient Water Park.
