Walk with a Naturalist: weekly program continues at Loring Park and Water Works at Mill Ruins Park

Join a FREE weekly guided stroll to explore these places rich with local history and nature.

Walk and Talk with a Naturalist

People ages 18 & up are invited to join an MPRB naturalist for a FREE series of afternoon strolls on and near the Mississippi River, and through one of the oldest parks in Minneapolis.

 

The leisurely pace includes stops to observe and discuss different topics each week, such as:

Loring Park bridge over pond

• History 

• Animal Adaptations

• Sketching in Nature

• Bird Migration 

• Seasonal and Native Flowers and Plants

• Mindfulness in Nature

• Wildlife

• and more!

3 pm Fridays at Loring Park 
Meet outside Loring Community Arts Center, off 14th & Willow Streets
