Meeting on proposed agreements scheduled Monday, October 1, 7 pm at Bottineau Recreation Center
On October 3, the
Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) will take a committee vote on a
resolution related to several agreements between MPRB and Graco, including the
East Bank Trail easement, sale of a portion of Parcel D, and acceptance of a
donation for development of park land on the former Scherer Lumber Company
Site. The full board will vote on the resolution on October 17.
District 1 Commissioner Chris Meyer, who represents Northeast Minneapolis on the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board of Commissioners, is hosting a community meeting about the proposed agreements TONIGHT, Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, beginning at 7 pm in Bottineau Recreation Center, 2000 2nd St. NE. MPRB Assistant Superintendent Michael Schroeder will be on
hand to discuss the details of the agreement, which are also laid out below.
