Join our team of lifeguards and we’ll pay for your American Red Cross Certification!
The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) operates beaches, water parks, pools, and sailing programs across Minneapolis. We have employment opportunities near every section of the City; North, Northeast/Southeast, South, and Southwest.
Simply take and pass the American Red Cross lifeguard certification program, join the MPRB as a full time lifeguard for the aquatic season, and the $230 class fee will be waived. (Note: failure to fulfill the employment commitment will result in the class fee being assessed to the participant.)
