Media members are invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the METRO Gold Line, the region's newest bus rapid transit line serving St. Paul, Maplewood, Landfall, Oakdale, and Woodbury.
Date: Saturday, March 22
Time: Program starts promptly at 10 a.m.
Where: Woodlane Drive Station Park & Ride in Woodbury, 1100 Woodlane Drive, Woodbury. Parking will be available in the parking ramp; follow signs for parking entrance and exit. Portable restrooms are available on site.
Speakers: Speakers include Metropolitan Council Charlie Zelle, U.S. Sens. Tina Smith and Amy Klobuchar, U.S. Rep. Betty McCollum, and state, county and city officials.
