- April 12: Outside westbound lane of I-94 between Mounds Boulevard and Highway 61 will close.
- April 17: Earl Street bridge will close between Hudson Road and Pacific Street.
- April 17: Hudson Road will close between Cypress Street and Earl Street.
- April 17: Bielenberg Drive will close at Hudson Boulevard.
- May 1: Ruth Street bridge will close between Old Hudson Road and Pedersen Street.

Downtown St. Paul highlights
Traffic Impacts:
- Expect temporary sidewalk walkways to remain on 6th Street between Cedar Street and Minnesota Street until civil construction begins this spring.
East St. Paul highlights

Ongoing:
- Crews continue building bridge foundations, pouring concrete for the east bridge abutment and west bridge abutment foundations near the Etna Station site
Traffic Impacts:
- The shoulder closure and temporary ramp shift on the I-94 westbound off-ramp continues (as shown on map above).
Upcoming:
- Crews continue pouring concrete for bridge foundations and pier construction.
- Starting Monday, April 10, crews will begin to remove sections of noise wall, guardrail, and light poles along I-94 between Mounds Boulevard and Earl Street.
- Starting Wednesday, April 12, expect an outside lane closure on westbound I-94 between Mounds Boulevard and Highway 61.
- Starting Monday, April 17, expect Earl Street to be closed over I-94 between Pacific Street and Hudson Road in east St. Paul. The closure will continue until early summer 2023. Follow the posted detour route along Burns Avenue, Johnson Parkway, and 3rd Street.
- Starting Monday, April 17, expect the eastern half of Hudson Road to be closed between Cypress Street and Earl Street, including the Earl Street and Hudson Road intersection. Crews will remove pavement and excavate the area, including topsoil. The closure is expected to be in effect for a few weeks.
- Installation of the clay liner at the stormwater pond area near the intersection of Griffith Street and Johnson Parkway is on hold until the ground conditions are dry enough for heavy machinery.

Maplewood/Landfall/Oakdale highlights
Ongoing:
- Crews wrap up tree removals and site clearing along Hudson Road between McKnight Road and Century Avenue/Highway 120.
- Private utility relocation work continues along 4th Street in Oakdale.
- Construction continues for the future BRT roadway, bridge abutments, and private utility work near the I-94/I-494/I-694 interchange area.
Traffic Impacts:
- 4th Street between Hudson Boulevard and Helmo Avenue in Oakdale is expected to reopen next week.
Upcoming:
- Due to weather conditions, crews are expected to finish installation of sanitary sewers and water lines next week along Helmo Avenue in Oakdale.

Woodbury highlights
Ongoing:
- Crews continue work in the I-94 center median between the I-494/I-694 interchange and Radio Drive, pouring concrete for bridge foundations, pile driving, and constructing bridge abutments at the south side of I-94.
- Construction continues for the future BRT roadway, bridge abutments, and private utility work near the I-94/I-494/I-694 interchange area.
- Concrete pours for the south bridge abutment and a bridge pier continue for the next few weeks.
- Private utility relocation work continues along Bielenberg Drive in Woodbury.
- Expect weekday sidewalk closures on the east side of Bielenberg Drive near Tamarack Road over the next few weeks in Woodbury.
- Crews construct a new retaining wall on the east side of Bielenberg Drive, north of Tamarack Road in Woodbury.
Traffic Impacts:
- Expect median shoulder closures on eastbound and westbound I-94 between the I-494/I-694 interchange and Radio Drive throughout winter 2023.
Upcoming:
- Beginning Monday, April 17, expect a road closure at the intersection of Hudson Road and Bielenberg Drive and lane closures along Bielenberg Drive between Hudson and Guider Drive. Follow the posted detour route on Tamarack Road and Radio Drive.
