Child sleep coaching for parents of infants to 7-year-olds
Common reasons parents seek coaching include your child has difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep without your help, has short or refused naps, does not want to sleep in a crib or their own bed, is transitioning from a crib to a bed, and more.
To schedule your sleep support call with Leann Latus at Tender Transitions, visit this link for Met Council employees and select the "Spot Check Met Council" option.
Your first call will be approximately 20 minutes. If additional coaching is needed, Fit For Life will cover the cost. Watch this short intro video to meet Leann and learn more.
