Looking at the calendar you can see that we are more than halfway through the 2021 performance year. In this second year using Perform many managers and supervisors have begun to build their confidence with using the system for check-ins, journal entries, evaluations, and ratings.
To help you become more comfortable with the system we invite you to attend the upcoming Ask HR session on implementing Perform’s best practices.
This session will help managers:
-
Use the system more efficiently
- Effectively manage and document performance
-
Use the competency model to set expectations and describe professional behaviors
Ask HR: Best practices using the Perform module
The Outlook invitation has already been sent to all managers and supervisors with direct reports. Please contact Paula.Crane@metc.state.mn.us if you did not receive a meeting invite. If you cannot attend live, the session will be recorded and posted on MetNet for later viewing.

Did you know that the Met Council recently updated its Disability Management and Reasonable Accommodation Policy and Disability and Accommodation Procedure?
To request a reasonable accommodation, contact your manager or submit an Employee Request for Accommodation (PDF) to Occupational Health at
HR-OccHealth@metc.state.mn.us.
