Public comment period opens for petitions to add medical delivery method
The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has launched the public comment period for petitions to add a delivery method to the list of allowable products available to patients in Minnesota’s medical cannabis program.

More about the petitions process
Every year, OCM’s Division of Medical Cannabis accepts petitions from the public to add a delivery method (the form in which a medication is taken). The window for accepting petitions was June 1 through July 31.
After the public comment period closes, OCM will review comments and scientific evidence that supports or does not support adding any of the proposed delivery methods.
OCM will announce a final decision on the petitions by Dec. 2.
