Take our 8th rulemaking public input survey
The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has added a public input survey to gather feedback for rulemaking. This survey will inform rulemaking efforts related to the license application process, license types, market size, and potential business locations in Minnesota.
The survey is designed to gauge the overall interest of people who want to enter the cannabis market, to determine what information should be required on applications, and to assess the probability of market participants being spread evenly across the state.
