Take the 5th rulemaking public input survey 

The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) continues to gather input on a variety of topics as it drafts rules for Minnesota’s new cannabis industry. You can let us know your thoughts by participating in our public input surveys, which is part of our first phase of rulemaking engagement.

Our fifth survey is available now! This survey covers licensing and social equity considerations.

Deadline to provide input is Jan. 26.
