Take the next rulemaking public input survey

As part of the first phase of rulemaking engagement, the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) is gathering input on a variety of topics as it begins drafting rules. One way we are seeking your input is through a series of planned surveys.

• Our third survey is available now! This survey covers retail business operations; retail sanitary standards (facilities and handling); and expedited complaint process for local governments.

 Deadline to provide input is Dec. 28.

• Available Dec. 29–Jan. 12, 2024: Packaging and labeling; integrated cannabis tracking, inventory, and verification system
• Available Jan. 13–Jan. 26, 2024: Licensing; social equity considerations 
• NEW! Available Jan. 29–Feb. 11, 2024: Laboratory standards; edible products standards
