NEW Agile Scrum Training Now Available

Agile methodology and approaches are effective training techniques for managing projects. And now these techniques are available through ELD! We now offer Agile Scrum Training on a customized basis just for your group. The Agile-Scrum approach is a project management technique that uses the real world progress of projects to plan and schedule multiple deadlines. Through the implementation of this methodology on projects, groups are more productive and have better quality outcomes and team morale. The groups will experience first-hand how their decisions and actions directly affect a project. The training builds confidence and capacity within any group by providing the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully plan and execute a team-based agile project.
