ELD Launches NEW Website

ELD's mission is to help build skills, cultivate careers and develop leaders in Minnesota government. In order to serve the state employees even better, ELD has launched a NEW website with easier navigation, new courses and more customized services. Use the ELD Course Finder to view courses by audience, delivery method, skill topic and competency, keyword or date. Additionally, ELD offers Customized Services, which includes training, coaching, customized courses and training plans tailored to the unique needs of your group. We invite you to discover why ELD is the state resource to learn, grow and lead.

ELD's New Course Enrollment System is Now Available

Learn how to enroll in any of Enterprise Learning & Development's courses, programs or workshops which are available to all state of Minnesota employees. Find information on how to use ELD's new enrollment system, ELM, specific requirements for local government employees and our current cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Enrollment in 3 Easy Steps:

1. Find your desired course, program or workshop by browsing through the development categories or using the ELD Course Finder on the new ELD website. You can also directly log into the state of Minnesota Self-Service portal to search for your course in ELM.
2. Next, enroll in your desired course within ELM. An email will then be sent to your manager or supervisor to approve your enrollment.
3. Your manager or supervisor will finalize your enrollment by approving your training in ELM. You will then receive an enrollment verification email from ELM.

In order to reserve your spot, all (3) three steps must be completed. If you need enrollment assistance, please contact your agency's training coordinator. A complete list is available on our website of agency training coordinators.
