The Governor’s Revised 2026-27 Budget Recommendations are published to the MMB website. Visit the Governor’s Budget Recommendations webpage to view this publication, which includes:
- Agency budget books with February Forecast and Governor’s Revised Budget Recommendations
- General Fund Balance Analysis Summary and Detail
- Consolidated Fund Statement
- Various other supporting fund statements and documents

February 2025 Budget and Economic Forecast and supporting documents were published on March 6 to the MMB website. Visit the Current Operating Budget webpage to view this publication, which includes:
- Budget and Economic Forecast document
- General Fund Balance Analysis Summary and Detail
- Consolidated Fund Statement
- Various other financial summaries and supporting fund statements

The Budget Planning and Analysis System (BPAS) is open for system users to view February Forecast data and Gov Rec Revised (Governor’s Revised Budget Recommendations) data. The February Forecast scenario is available on the appropriation screen and when running standard or fiscal reports.
Standard reports, including the Change Item Detail report, can be run for the Gov Rec Revised Change scenario (Change only) or the Governor’s Rec Revised scenario (February Base plus Gov Rec Revised Change).

The Appropriation Maintenance Application (AMA) will be unavailable Wednesday, March 26, 12:00-1:00 pm to install system updates. Please schedule work around this time.

Maintenance Window: Budget Systems are unavailable during the statewide systems maintenance window, every Sunday from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
