The FY 2026-27 Biennial Budget process has begun! Your budget team should have received an email from State Budget Director, Ahna Minge, on June 14 with the FY 2026-27 Biennial Budget Timeline and Agency Narrative Instructions. If you did not receive the email, the memo and instructions can be read on the FY 2026-27 Biennial Budget Instructions webpage.
The budget narrative instructions are the first of three separate instructions that will be provided for the biennial budget process. The following are important or key due dates for tasks throughout this process:
