Budget Operations is hosting online workshops via Microsoft Teams to help agencies complete base budgets and change item requests in BPAS.
Workshops will be held every Wednesday afternoon, from 2pm – 3pm, starting September 7th. During this time, a member from the MMB Budget Operations team will be available to assist agency BPAS users with questions or help users complete a specific task.
Why should I attend a workshop? Workshops are great for users who have specific questions about their agency’s budget tasks or users who would like to walk through the steps needed to complete base budget or change item tasks.
Remember workshops are not formal presentations by a Budget Operations team member.
Who should attend workshops? Workshops are open to all BPAS and DE system users.
How do I access the workshops? Click the Teams link below any time between 2pm and 3pm on Wednesdays. Upon logging into the meeting, users will be parked in the meeting lobby. A Budget Operations team member will assist you.
What should I prepare? Come ready to review your specific issue with our team. Prepare information that may help us understand what you are experiencing, including specific appropriations and examples. Users should be logged into BPAS or DE and ready to share their screen upon joining the workshop.
