3 common questions we get during Open Enrollment |
|
Our Member Services team helps more than 8,000 people during Open Enrollment. We’re sharing answers to three of the most common questions.
-
How do I add a dependent?
While enrolling, add your dependent’s information, including their social security number. We’ll mail a letter to your home of record in Self Service outlining the documents you need to submit to complete the process. Learn more about dependent eligibility.
-
How do I know if I successfully completed my enrollment?
The final step for completing your enrollment is hitting “accept” after electing your benefits. We recommend saving or printing the confirmation statement that appears.
-
How do I confirm that I’ll be receiving $5 off office visit copays in 2020?
After you complete the health assessment, you must agree to receive a coaching call. Not everyone will receive a coaching call. To verify you’ve earned the reward, return to the landing page. In the rewards tab, there will be green checkmarks by the coaching call and the health assessment.
