Practicing Awareness in Everyday Life
Join Liz Anema for a Mindfulness-Based Living session focused on stepping out of autopilot and into awareness. Most of our lives run on unconscious habits. Mindfulness helps us notice instead of just react. Using the phrase “I get to” can change everything and have us looking at the cherished lives we get to live. Through breathwork, gentle movement and reflection, you’ll reconnect with the present moment—and yourself.

Investing in The Marsh: Minnetonka Together Update
The Marsh has been a hub of health and wellness for more than 40 years, offering programs and amenities that are unique to our region.
Minnetonka Together is a city-wide investment plan that would use a local sales tax to re-invest in The Marsh, as well as help the city strengthen public safety and improve community connectivity.
The Minnesota state legislature did not authorize any local sales tax proposals during the 2026 legislative session.
While the plan will not be moving forward to voters this year, city leaders continue to explore ways to invest in our facilities. They may consider returning with a sales tax proposal in the future.
