Partner Yoga
Celebrate connection and calm in this Partner Yoga session. Move through gentle poses designed to build trust, balance and presence with a friend or loved one. This class is a great Mother’s Day option! An opportunity to slow down, share time together and enjoy a meaningful, mindful experience side by side.

Barre Bootcamp
Where grace meets grit! Take your workout to the deck overlooking The Marsh and enjoy barre precision paired with bootcamp intensity. Expect pulses, planks, cardio bursts and strength work for a full body sculpt and sweat in an energizing outdoor setting.

Wood Rills Woods Hike
In honor of The Marsh’s anniversary month, join Diane P and Liz A for a hike at Wood-Rill Scientific and Natural Area near Wayzata.
This outing celebrates founders Ruth and Bruce Dayton, who donated the land to preserve Minnesota’s “Big Woods.” Enjoy 2–2.25 miles of moderate trails, spring wildflowers (including purple trillium) and peaceful woodland views.

 Summer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
The next in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course begins June 24 at The Marsh, in partnership with the UMN Bakken Center.
This evidence-based program builds self-awareness and supports stress, anxiety and pain management through meditation, gentle yoga and group discussion. It includes orientation, eight weekly sessions and a daylong retreat. Led by experienced facilitators, the course also includes guided home practice and access to an online resource portal.
Cost: $475 (sliding scale available). Registration closes July 7, learn more and sign up online.

Open play continues on Mondays from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Club Room
Beginner and open play continue through the end of the month on Tuesdays from 2-4 p.m. in the Dining Room
Looking ahead in June the Tuesday beginner and open play will change to Thursdays from 9:30-11 a.m. in the Club Room.

Wellness Wednesday: Mindful Nature Walk with Richard Bonk
Participants will be lead through introductory mindfulness exercises and then head outside to a guided mindfulness walk around The Marsh natural areas, culminating in a short nature spirit quest. No experience necessary; everyone is welcome!

Third Thursday: The Role of Creativity in Mindfulness Practice
Join us for this month's Third Thursday, where Liz Anema will explore the role of creativity in a mindfulness practice. Attendees are also invited to share how creativity shows up in their own lives — and are encouraged to bring along examples of their creative work. Come ready to be inspired!
