Earlier this year, the Minnetonka Fire Department reached an important milestone as Station 5, located off Interstate 394, began around-the-clock staffing. While the city has always provided 24/7 service, Station 5 is now Minnetonka's third station to have full-time firefighters on site day and night.
Fire Chief Kevin Fox will highlight how the city's Public Safety Master plan is guiding the city's efforts to improve response times. He'll also discuss how the department works closely with the business community through partnerships and outreach and how businesses play an important role in overall community preparedness.

The Minnetonka Business Council is a partnership between the City of Minnetonka and Wayzata West Metro Chamber. The group meets quarterly. There is no fee, and you do not need to be a chamber member to attend.
