The City of Minnetonka’s Small Projects Program offers a forgivable loan for eligible home repairs for low- and moderate-income households. This year, the maximum loan amount has increased from $5,000 to $15,000 and the program is now administered by Hennepin County.

Loan Details

• No monthly payments
• Loan is completely forgiven if you remain in the home for 10 years
• Loan must be repaid (with no or low interest) if you sell, transfer the title or no longer live in the home within 10 years

To Apply

Complete Hennepin County’s online form; applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified when 2018 funds are available.
