Assistance Available for Home Repairs
 The City of Minnetonka’s Small
Projects Program offers a forgivable loan for eligible home repairs for low-
and moderate-income households. This year, the maximum loan amount has
increased from $5,000 to $15,000 and the program is now administered by Hennepin
County.

Details
- No monthly payments
- Loan is completely forgiven if you
remain in the home for 10 years
- Loan must be repaid (with no or low
interest) if you sell, transfer the title or no longer live in the home within
10 years

Hennepin County’s online form; applicants will be placed on a waiting list
and notified when 2018 funds are available.
