Now Available: PPMRS State-Level Data and Reports

The MDH Office of Performance Improvement has produced two system-level reports based on the data CHBs reported into PPMRS earlier this year.

A comprehensive “data book” (Communicating Progress on Minnesota’s Local Public Health Act Performance Measures: 2012 Data Book) features graphs and tables reviewed by the SCHSAC Performance Improvement Steering Committee. This resource is available on-line for those who want more detailed information for each local public health performance measure.
Communicating Progress on Minnesota’s Local Public Health Act Performance Measures: System Summary Report highlights findings for the Infrastructure area of public health responsibility

The SCHSAC Performance Improvement Steering Committee provided guidance on the content and format of the reports.
