COVID-19 vaccine ordering

UUAV providers can now order 2026-27 COVID-19 vaccine. Submit your orders along with other UUAV vaccines in the regular vaccine order form in the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC).

We do not have dedicated funding for UUAV COVID-19 vaccine orders. Any COVID-19 vaccine orders through the UUAV program must be supported by your site’s UUAV budget allocation. Refer to the table for the available vaccine products for people 12 years of age and older and their respective cost per dose.

New UUAV fiscal year

Emails were sent out earlier this week to enrolled UUAV providers with information about the upcoming fiscal year and allocations. These allocations can be used to order vaccine from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2027. If you have questions about your allocation or did not receive an email, contact us at health.uuadultvax@state.mn.us.
