Join the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Stratis Health on Tuesday, June 2 for a virtual conversation on post-viral chronic illnesses, such as long COVID, in Minnesota.
This gathering brings together partners and interest holders to foster collaborative strategies that can help improve long-term health outcomes, strengthen public health responses, and enhance social support systems. MDH will also introduce their Statewide Roadmap with actionable recommendations for people and organizations across sectors. There’s a role for everyone!
