Presenter: Sonia Ellis-Taylor, B.S., learning consultant with Learning Dynamics, DDI certified trainer, and also certified in True Colors.
Description: This interactive session explores how everyday stress quietly escalates into burnout and why simply powering through doesn’t work. Using humor and real-life examples, participants learn how stress affects the brain, how to recognize burnout early, and practical strategies that work in real jobs with real deadlines. Attendees leave with better tools, clearer boundaries, and the reassurance that needing support is not a personal failure.

On demand trainings
Great Lakes Breastfeeding Webinars
Beginning in May, the Great Lakes Breastfeeding Webinars will no longer be offered for free. The cost of producing the series and the increase in continuing education fees have grown significantly, and they are no longer able to offer the webinars at no cost.
They will offer the following pricing options per webinar:
- $50 sustainer rate
- $25 standard rate
- $15 community rate (MN WIC Staff)
- $5 BIPOC rate (MN WIC Staff)
Current webinars will remain free for one year after the session date. The new pricing structure will begin with the May 2026 session, and the website Webinars – Michigan Breastfeeding Network will be updated to reflect the change.
