Health Care Homes Learning Days 2026: Exhibitor & Sponsor Opportunities Filling Quickly

Registration is now open for organizations interested in becoming exhibitors or sponsors at the 2026 Health Care Homes Learning Days—and spots are already beginning to fill.

We’re excited to share that our Premier Conference Sponsorship has already been secured, and one of our break sponsorships is now reserved. In addition, exhibitor spaces are starting to fill, making early registration more important than ever.

Health Care Homes Learning Days brings together primary care leaders, clinic teams, care coordinators, and health system partners from across Minnesota to share best practices, learn from one another, and strengthen patient-centered care.

Participating as a sponsor or exhibitor provides a valuable opportunity to connect directly with professionals working to advance care coordination, quality improvement, and patient-centered care delivery.

Benefits of sponsoring or exhibiting include:

  • Increased visibility with clinics and healthcare leaders from across Minnesota

  • Opportunities to showcase products, services, and innovations that support primary care and care coordination

  • Direct engagement with attendees during dedicated networking and exhibitor time

  • Demonstrating your organization’s commitment to supporting patient-centered care and clinic transformation

Space is limited, and availability is decreasing—secure your spot soon to ensure participation.

Learn more and register to become a sponsor or exhibitor.

Registration for Learning Days attendees will be opening soon, with additional information about the agenda, sessions, and speakers to be shared in the coming weeks.

We look forward to partnering with you at Learning Days 2026.
