As part of the new education plan for certified clinics, a free, eLearning course is now available to support healthcare quality improvement work using Excel.
Analyzing Healthcare Data with Excel: A Practice Guide for Quality Improvement builds practical skills for working with healthcare quality data, including Minnesota Community Measurement (MNCM) and other common data sources. Learners will practice preparing data files, using pivot tables, calculating clinic rates, stratifying data by demographics, and creating charts to better understand and share results.
The course is organized into short, focused modules and was developed in partnership with MNCM. A completion certificate is provided and may be used for CEUs.
