Please make sure staff who answer phones and schedule appointments are aware of the UUAVprogram and your site’s participation in it. Patients may ask to confirm your site’s UUAV enrollment status when they call to request an appointment.
We have gotten feedback that some patients have received conflicting or confusing information when they ask about the program during the appointment scheduling process. To support public access to UUAV vaccines, it is important that staff who speak to patients understand the program and your site’s role in it.
