Downloading data from Tableau dashboards

Looking to save data from a Tableau dashboard in the WIC Local Agency Portal? While viewing the dashboard with the data you want to save, use the filter and parameter control to select the specific data you would like. Then click the download icon (a square with a down arrow, typically in the bottom right corner of the dashboard).

You will see a list of options.

Choose one to download as an image, PDF, or select “Crosstab” to export the underlying data to Excel or as a CSV file.

For anything shared outside of WIC, be sure to use the deidentified reports found on the public WIC website.

Training opportunities

Local agency staff should talk to their supervisor for approval before registering for training.

Refer to WIC Annual Required Trainings for staff training requirements.

Log in or set up your account at National WIC Association to access resources and materials.
