Registration is open for the Minnesota Rural Health Conference!

Registration is now open for attendees and exhibitors for the Minnesota Rural Health Conference. Join us on June 9-10 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center for two days of learning, sharing and networking focused on the theme, "We are Rural. Join the Journey!"

Hosted annually by the Minnesota Department of Health, Office of Rural Health and Primary Care, the Minnesota Rural Health Association and the National Rural Health Resource Center, the Minnesota Rural Health Conference — the state's premier event for rural health professionals — seeks to support, connect and inspire rural health professionals and leaders from across the state as they work toward the goal of building healthy communities.

Programming at this year's conference includes two keynote addresses, two plenary panels, the Minnesota Rural Health Association Policy Forum and breakout sessions organized around five tracks: Workforce, Access to Care, Technology Solutions, Community Collaboration, and Finances and Operations.

Celebrating 25 Years

This year's silver anniversary event promises to provide an unforgettable experience to attendees, combining opportunities the conference is known for — learning from peers and experts in the field and networking with professionals from across the state — with some unique planned celebrations of the conference's milestone. Attendees will enjoy anniversary-themed swag, an interactive historical conference timeline and after-hours networking events including a tour of the Great Lakes Aquarium, a boat cruise on Lake Superior and a fun run/walk along the scenic Lakewalk.

Register as an Attendee

Full conference registration provides attendees with access to all of the keynote addresses, plenary panels and breakout sessions, the Minnesota Rural Health Association Policy Forum, the Exhibit Hall, and your choice of after-hours networking events on Monday. Registration also includes breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, lunch on Monday and snack breaks on both days. Rates can be found on the conference registration page.

Registration discounts are available for speakers, attendees who travel more than 250 miles one-way and full-time students.

Early bird pricing ends on Friday, May 9. Be sure to register as early as possible before rates increase.

Register as an Exhibitor

Vendors, partners and consultants who register as exhibitors have a prime opportunity to promote products and services directly to the state's health care professionals and leaders, health professions educators and students, and other attendees in the conference Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit booths feature a skirted, 8-foot-long table, two chairs, pipe and drape, and access to conference Wi-Fi. Additional purchases are necessary to secure access to electricity, monitors and high-top tables.

Also available for purchase is Cvent's LeadCapture service, which allows easy tracking of leads by scanning business cards or conference name badges.

Learn more about the benefits of exhibiting at the Minnesota Rural Health Conference by visiting the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Prospectus.

Note: Exhibitor space sells out quickly. Please be sure to secure your exhibit space early!

Scholarships are Available

A limited number of scholarships — which cover the full cost of registration for attendees — are available to help make the conference as accessible as possible to all rural health professionals.

Approved scholarship applicants will be automatically registered at no cost. Applicants who are not approved will be given the opportunity to register for the conference at the early bird rate.

The deadline to apply for a scholarship is Friday, April 25.
