New WIC shopping videos
Minnesota WIC worked with a videographer to create short, educational videos for local agency staff and participants. Each video shows the process of shopping or checking out with WIC foods.
Video topics include how to shop for cereal, dairy, infant fruits and vegetables, juice, whole grains, peanut butter and beans, and fruits and vegetables. Videos about setting a PIN, how to checkout with WIC, and tools for finding WIC foods are also available.
The videos are posted to the WIC website and will be available in the Minnesota WIC App.
- The WIC Shopping Videos webpage features all video links. This page is linked near the top of the WIC Shopping Help
- Additional translations are coming soon and will be posted to the same webpage.
- The videos will also be available soon in the Minnesota WIC App, under Shopping in the Videos tab. To see this screen and more information on the modernized Minnesota WIC app, check out the My MN WIC App Training

Celebrate National Nutrition Month® in March
Join us to celebrate National Nutrition Month® this March! This year’s theme, Food Connects Us, highlights the connection between health, traditions, and food across all stages of life. Food connects us to our families, friends, and communities. Sharing meals, honoring traditions, and creating memories around the tables are powerful ways food shapes our lives and health. Minnesota WIC invites local agencies to support families making informed food choices and developing healthful eating and physical activity habits.
The National Nutrition Month® - March 2025 (WORD) social media toolkit is now available on the WIC Communications and Outreach webpage. We encourage local agencies to choose one message to promote weekly.
For more information about this campaign, visit National Nutrition Month®.
