Community Partners Invited to Participate in Minnesota's JUUL Settlement Input Process

The Minnesota Department of Health invites community partners to provide feedback on the use of Minnesota’s JUUL Settlement funds for youth e-cigarette prevention and cessation. Community partners may participate by attending an input session or providing feedback via online survey.

It is imperative the Department hears from a broad set of communities and organizations to ensure these funds address racial and health equity. Feedback gathered through this process will help guide the development of funding opportunities and other initiatives aimed at decreasing the harm from e-cigarettes on Minnesota youth.

The goals of these input sessions are to:

  • Increase awareness of the settlement funds, their purpose, and requirements of the legislation.
  • Gather input from a diverse group of community partners to help inform how settlement funds will be used.

Online Input Survey

Community members are encouraged to provide input via online survey, if they are unable to attend a live session. The survey is open until February 23, 2024.
