Proof of Attendance

Proof of attendance is now available for both recorded and live MDH Project Firstline Table Talk trainings

Please note that participants are responsible for determining if this program meets the continuing education (CE) criteria for their discipline/organization and should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. 

Steps to obtain proof of attendance

  • For live training sessions, simply attend and complete the feedback poll at the end of the session to download proof of attendance. 
  • Watch a recorded training session* on the MDH Project Firstline Training and Resources webpage, then complete the feedback form to receive proof of attendance via email. Complete one feedback form per session. 

*NOTE: Proof of attendance is currently not available for the "COVID-19 and infection prevention & control" recorded trainings.

Project Firstline is a partnership between CDC and MDH that aims to provide engaging and effective infection prevention and control training to frontline workers, staff, and members of the public health workforce.
