March Local Agency Conference Call Summary
Review the WIC Local Agency Conference Call - March 22, 2023, minutes.
MOM Policy Updates
MOM Policy Exhibit 4-G: Staff Monitoring Plan was updated with some minor changes.
- We replaced the term “Audit” with “Review;” “Chart Review” is a better description of the process and feels less punitive.
- Added additional clarification for monitoring LPNs hired before 2001.
- Made the term paraprofessional consistent throughout the document.
- Added a definitions section.
More information is on the WIC MOM Updates page.
