Learning Days Registration Opens March 1, 2023!

Learning Days 2023  

Learning Days is returning live and in person on May 18, 2023, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN. The day will feature two keynotes, nine breakout sessions, and a special networking workshop led by Health Care Homes Practice Improvement and Integration Specialists.

 

Introducing Our Learning Days Keynote Speakers

We’re excited to announce that we’ve confirmed our two keynote speakers:

Julia Joseph DeCaprio  

Julia Joseph-DiCaprio, MD, founder of Leap Pediatric and Adolescent Care, will share her inspiring story about addressing social determinants of health in an innovative primary care clinic serving disadvantaged communities in St. Paul.

David Satin, MD, Associate Professor, Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Minnesota, will underscore the importance of quality improvement as a key driver of innovation.

Register Now for Motivational Interviewing Skills Refresher

HCH E-Learning

Sign up now for this free training that will focus on the essential principles and techniques of Motivational Interviewing, an Evidence-Based Practice designed to help facilitate and support patient change. This one-day refresher will be highly experiential, giving practitioners hands-on exposure and practice. Enrollment is limited to certified Health Care Home clinics and is capped at 30 per workshop; no more than two enrollees per organization, please. 7 credit hours.
