MDH is seeking reviewers for the Strong Foundations RFP!

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) - Family Home Visiting is seeking community members to participate in the grant review process of their Request for Proposals: Strong Foundations Evidence-based Home Visiting - Spring 2022. More information regarding the full proposal can be found on the Funding and Grants Management webpage.

Ideally, reviewers would have experience with family home visiting services, grant management/grant writing, child and family health, and/or health equity initiatives.

Those currently implementing home visiting programs with MDH funding are encouraged to participate in the review; the applications being reviewed will be for new start-ups.

Reviewers would review and score 3-5 applications each during June and July. More details to come. Please email health.homevisiting@state.mn.us with “Community Reviewer” in the subject line if you are interested in participating.
