Minnesota resident, it’s easy to find the vaccine you need, when and where you need it.
Searching for a shot near your ZIP code? Using CDC’s online vaccine finder, you can search based on the vaccine brand you need (for example, Pfizer for a teen), and how far you are able to travel. Go to CDC’s vaccine finder search page for a list of vaccine providers in your area.
Remember—all Minnesotans age 12 and up are now eligible for a safe, effective COVID-19 vaccine, at no cost. You do not need to show ID, health insurance, or proof of citizenship to get vaccinated. And getting vaccinated protects you and your loved ones against serious disease.
After getting your first dose, you can apply for your prize at Your Shot to Summer – Vaccine Rewards. This program rewards you for getting your shot, protecting yourself, and kicking off summer the right way. A Minnesota fishing license, tickets to the State Fair, and a $25 Visa gift card are just a few of the incentives available for people who get their first COVID-19 vaccine now. Act fast, because quantities are limited!
Minnesotans can also sign up to receive a reward by calling (833) 431-2053 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..
In order to be eligible, Minnesotans 12+ must receive their first dose between May 27, 2021 and June 30, 2021. Reward requests must be submitted online or by phone to the Minnesota Department of Health by 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021. Reward requests will be fulfilled on a rolling basis throughout the month of June 2021 and no later than July 16, 2021.
