Tickets to some of the state's most popular attractions are just a shot away. Minnesotans who get their first COVID-19 vaccine in June are eligible for Summer Vaccine Rewards. But quantities are limited, so don't wait.

A vaccine has been reserved for you.

A COVID-19 vaccine has been reserved for you by Horizon Public Health (HPH). Residents of Douglas, Grant, Pope, Stevens, and Traverse counties, you can secure your vaccine by signing up now for one of their upcoming clinics at Horizon Public Health COVID-19 Vaccine Information.

You do not have to pay to get a COVID-19 vaccine, and you do not need to show ID, health insurance, or proof of citizenship. Must be 18 or older. Masks are required.

Act fast to claim your vaccine reward.

After getting your first dose, you can apply for your prize at Your Shot to Summer – Vaccine Rewards. This program rewards you for getting your shot, protecting yourself, and kicking off summer the right way. A Minnesota fishing license, tickets to the State Fair, and a $25 Visa gift card are just a few of the incentives available for people who get their first COVID-19 vaccine now.

Act fast, because quantities are limited. Rewards are reserved for Minnesotans ages 12 and up who get their first COVID-19 vaccine between May 27 and June 30, 2021. Must apply by June 30, 2021.
