REGISTER NOW for Building Systems for Culturally Responsive Integrated Care
Join the Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota Department of Human Services for a 6-month, team-based learning experience for providers to learn about and collaboratively take action to strengthen integrated care and reduce Minnesota’s health disparities.
“Write on Race” subject matter experts will lead the monthly sessions, which will feature a mix of online and in person collaborative learning with support and optional coaching for personal and professional growth. The series kicks off on January 17, 2020 in Shoreview, MN (just north of St. Paul). Register now!
