Changes coming to Medicare for 2019

Medicare Cost Plans, a type of plan popular in Minnesota, will end in December 2018 for many enrollees, affecting their Medicare coverage for 2019. Those affected will receive notices from Medicare or their Medicare Cost Plan.
Attached are some helpful publications developed by the Minnesota Department of Commerce. Please share this information with anyone who may be affected. The more education seniors have on the this topic, the more seamless the transition will be.
