Regional workshops
Learning Together in St. Cloud and Mankato
Close to 150 people attended two half-day regional workshops this spring in St. Cloud and Mankato on the topic of “Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care.” Facilitated by Sarah Horst, Institute of Clinical Systems Improvement, the workshops featured interactive learning focused on foundations for integration: creating a culture of learning, collaborative communication, and small scale improvement.

Based on positive evaluations, HCH is looking at bringing the program to northern Minnesota in late 2018. Stay tuned!
