The MIPS Experience: A HCH First Year Participant Story
Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from Noon – 12:45 pm

Participants in the CMS Quality Payment Program (QPP)/Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program completed their first measurement year in 2017 and submitted data by the end of March 2018. We’ll look back at some of the challenges and lessons learned from the first year and discuss considerations for 2018 with a clinic that is both a Minnesota certified Health Care Home and a participant in CMS’ MIPS program.

Integrating Primary Care and Behavioral Health

The MDH Health Care Homes program invites your participation in a Minnesota regional* convening of certified Health Care Home clinics, Behavioral Health Home services providers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, and partner organizations interested in working together to enhance whole person care. Facilitated by the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI), this event is free and lunch will be provided; registration is limited to 100 at each meeting.

*Enrollment is not limited to providers within specific geographical borders.
