The S-EBT Portal is Open
The S-EBT Portal is now open for data upload until May 31, 2024. Please request access to the S-EBT portal through Education Identity and Access Management (EDIAM) and your local Identified Official with Authority (IOwA).
Training PowerPoint
The S-EBT April 2024 Training PowerPoint is now posted on our website. The recording is still being processed and will be available very soon. We appreciate your patience.
New Portal Feature
Under the Students Report tab, the New Bulk Upload Errors Report is now called the New Bulk Results Report. Users can now see if a bulk upload was successful and free of upload errors within this report and see the file name associated with the upload.
The new message will read: "Your Bulk Upload was successful. Next Step: visit the Student Data Validation Error Report to view portal students with data that does not match the State Student Identification (ID) System. Review error messages for students to be considered for a benefit."
Office Hours
Beginning Monday, April 29, 2024, office hours will be available for schools and school districts to ask questions regarding the S-EBT portal and data upload.
Request a meeting. Prior to the meeting, make sure to provide detailed information and ask questions to allow time to review.
